Long story short, my wife broke her leg in Italy. She needed a surgery asap. 3 doctors said “yes according to X-ray you require a surgery in the next 48 hours”. We went into it. Because we took the decision by ourselves.
Result? They dropped us. We cried so much. We were left alone by these people.

My flight was cancelled BY THE AIRLINE and rebooked for different dates. I wanted to change my plan or cancel the package I bought to reflect the days I needed. They said because the flight was rebooked and not cancelled due to weather or mechanical function, I could not receive a refund … for coverage I couldn’t even use because it was covering different dates. Also to get someone on the phone was not organized at all, the wait times were horrible, and associates not knowledgeable on all products. I bought the best coverage for my family and paid an expensive amount. And this company could not do anything for me. I lost out on a lot of money and they do not care to rectify the situation. Horrible company and customer service.
