Soon as this card expires I'm done!
You can't even talk to an alive person anyone...
So I set up a chat - no response.

FRUSTRATING customer service. If you enjoy spending hours on hold and a website that doesn't work, by all means, get this card.
I haven't used the card because the first time they sent it, it didn't arrive. I sat on hold for an hour to be told "sit tight - it's probably going to arrive in the next day or two!".
Three weeks later, still hadn't arrived. I sat on hold for another hour to be told "we'll send you another card!"
The card finally arrived.
I try to activate it online, fill out everything, get the message "The system is unavailable. Try again in 10-15 minutes".
Tried the chat feature. It's a bot that cannot answer any but the most basic questions.

The points are great and rack up fast and make it hard to cancel this card.
If you need to speak to someone, be prepared to wait. I waited over an hour three times and had to hang up. Responses through the portal can take over a month IF they respond at all and they make so many errors in their response and you end up having to start again. I got through the line only once and the connection was poor, the person didn't understand and put me on hold for over an hour twice. I cannot understand how such a big retail name such as PC would put up with this - it puts their name in a very unflattering light. I guess they are too big to care.

I am presently on hold. I have been on hold 4 times this week for over an hour each. They do not answer their phones regardless of time of day. They do not offer call backs. Their online help takes two days to respond and asks you to call in. I have never experienced customer service this poor in my life.

The card has good perks for free low-end cards if you never have any questions. If you need to reach them, no one ever picks up the phone, you can do most of the things on the app or online but if you are stuck, you are screwed. If you get lucky & someone picks up the phone they will give you the dumbest answer possible.

This company is a complete joke. They advertise to the entire world about their 100,000 points and then when it’s time to claim you go around the entire universe to get your points. They credit a measly 20k points in the beginning and the balance of 80k never comes to the account. An absolute disaster of a customer service where they ignore your issue and end the chat by not resolving anything. I repeatedly asked to talk to the manager and they never transfer the call. Disaster! STILL WAITING TO GET MY 80k points!!! UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!
