I was shopping around for new insurance and the best quote I could get, the agent I spoke with and she was friendly and helpful from start to finish, she made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted i am so grateful for her I cant thank you enough.

We recently had an accident with our vehicle, not our fault. I contacted Cooperators and spoke to Shelly in Newfoundland. She took care of everything for us. Her knowledge and professional service were exceptional. There wasn't any stress to us she took the time and listened to me and made me feel at ease I also spoke to another one of your adjustors sorry I forget his name but both he and Shelly are exceptional employees. Thank you so much, Cooperators and Shelly and the other good employee. Really appreciate everything. Got our vehicle back excellent on the repairs!

Over and above by not 1 but 2 Advisors!

I called from home 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon to see if I had time to get my car insurance renewed. I completely forgot it had expired the day before and the office was located just around the corner.

Unfortunately, due to Covid, the Insurance Advisor who answered my call worked from home. Instead of simply replying she couldn't help, she immediately contacted the lone Advisor at the office to see if he could hold the doors open for me. He agreed!

The in-office Insurance Advisor, Arash, quickly completed my request with grace and professionalism, despite an unusually busy day.

I was with the cooperators previously and switched to another company for a lower price. I returned because the cooperators has amazing customer service and they actually matched the other competitor's price. Never switching against.

I had an accident and the claims adjuster had my car towed to the body shop, had me hooked up to a rental car, had me hooked up with an injury adjuster the same day of my accident! I could not believe how fast and courteous they were in handling my claim. I was shocked beyond belief how awesome this company is!
