They cancelled my policy because my VISA was compromised twice in one year

After paying regularly upfront for 3 years. No, option to cancel the insurance in the web portal. And if you delete your CC info they directly mark you as a defaulter, hit your credit score and ban you for 3 years. SCAM much?
No grace period for cancellation for ‘’non-payment” during COVID-19.
My credit card was replaced and before I had a chance to update the profile with the new info my policy had been cancelled.
Now I have been blacklisted and can’t receive insurance on my home from other Insurers.
Please don't be fooled by the first year quote you get. My home insurance went up from $900 to $3600 in the second year. Had difficulty cancelling. DO NOT BE FOOLED

Sonnet's rules are outrageous. Credit card fraud is rampant, everyone knows that. In 2023, my VISA had to be cancelled/re-mailed to me twice, in March and in November. As a result, 2 of my monthly payments of $66 didn't go through. I called Sonnet with the new VISA number after the fact in each case, and when I called the second time they said, 'Sorry, your policy is being cancelled.' Really? A customer with a perfect 900 credit score is cancelled? Outrageous.
