I can't get open my account. I have to call all the time and tried all the apps but no good!

I phoned their customer service because the tap feature stop working (the Representative didn't speak clearly). I ask for a replacement card but the representative wants me to wait until I get my renewal card 6 months from now 🙄. I insisted to get a new one send to me. Then the next day my current card was deactivated without notice. Poor system and phone sound quality are very poor.

When you call them the line is always fuzzy, which is bizarre in this age. Why are their lines so bad?! And when the automated system asks for numbers, they don’t work, I press and press on my phone and the system doesn’t register them! Except on the survey part!! Is this on purpose to discourage customers?!! It happens every time.
