I have had auto & home insurance with Aviva for a couple of years now and their prices and customer service are far better than any of my prior insurance carriers. I have found several of my neighbours are also insured with Aviva and they are all equally happy.
I am happy with the service provided. I am satisfied with the price of the policy. I have not had any claims.
Did you know that on average Ontario drivers with good driving records pay $1,805/year in auto insurance? Is your insurance rate higher? Get a free car insurance quote and start saving today.
I have only had two experiences with claims. In one case the car had to be written off, dispite my having spent substantial money to make it safe for my children, but I think this would have happened with most companies. They represent good value for the money. Customer service has always been prompt and courteous, although the paperwork does not always explain why changes are being made to the policy.

We can write on and on, but insurance company gives a damn to it...mafia supported by political lobby. The only solution if public has a representative on when insurance act is made in effect. Public representation on insurance policy making is the only solution. We can restrict the following anomalies like: a) No at-fault forgiveness for a new driver for six years. b) Insurance record affected for six years irrespective of nature of the accidents...even as minor as a dent to the car...The insurance premium will skyrocket if you try to move out of your current insurance provider even if you are covered for first fault forgiveness. c) No control on the premium increase.15% to 200% increase as sighted in this comments blog. d) Start your own petition online and let people favour it Ontario-wide/ Canada-wide.
