We unknowingly had been paying an incorrect high rate of insurance for several years and this year our new representative Nicole discovered it immediately upon reviewing the policy! She even managed to provide a refund for this year as we had already paid online! We are extremely thankful for her knowledgeable and astute attention to our account. A representative named Wani P. at Westland Insurance helped me with multiple transactions. Wani was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. She provided good advice about rates and made my experience much easier than expected.

Purchased our house insurance through the Hope office, which used to be Envision Insurance, as we have dealt with them for over 25 years. Giselda was great, answered all our questions, knew what she was talking about and was very quick with answering my emails/questions.

We went there for home insurance. The agent at 159 and Fraser highways helped us. Very friendly guided us to get the right insurance for our home.

Agent at the Steveston branch was extremely knowledgeable and helpful...explained all details of both our condo unit and condo building insurance, as we have both insured with Westland. Felt we had made the right decisions when we left. Would highly recommend for service, but fortunately can't say what payment procedure is like.

I have been dealing with Angie at the Royal City Centre for years for all my insurance...Very informative and helpful...also all the other staff in the office are very good..No use going anywhere else...Angie is very efficient and knows the insurance business...as well as being customer oriented...
