Disputed a charge for a product that was supposed to be free (just paid shipping) then they turned around and billed me over $300. I disputed it with PC and they strung me along for 4 months and then turned around and said there was nothing they could do about it. Customer service is awful. No one seems to know what they are doing or at least they could not explain it to me. No other credit card I have has such poor service. I started using my other cards and put the PC card away...
