Their pre-payment penalty was over $10,000 - we would have happily stayed with them, BUT they couldn't offer us the mortgage we needed, went from a residential to a commercial.
They also quoted $5,000 on the phone and right before closing we had to come up with another $5,000 because they forgot the fees.
They were OK to deal with, but they are a B lenders. They got us where we needed to be, so we can pick and choose A lenders, but our loyalty through two mortgages was not worth anything to them.
