Unlike major banks, MCAP is not passing down Bank of Canada latest 0.5 cut to their customers. Their prime is 0.5 higher than major banks. Shameful. I Will not be renewing with MCAP. And don’t even get me started with their nonresponsive customer service. You will waste hours trying to call them - line is always busy. But that has been happening for over 4 years.
