Very little experience with TD itself: got mortgage through a broker who found the lowest rate amongst a few lenders for us.

Nice and easy to understand didn't make it too complicated. We fist our mortgage broker once a year for updates on our account. They make it easy to make lump sum payments and change our payment amounts based on life circumstances.

Pretty friendly staff, useful and efficient. I like them - they are very nice and provide all the information I need.

they provide everything I would expect but I am neither impressed or unimpressed with their offerings. Anything less and I would think they are not doing enough.

you can always find a better deal if you are patient enough. Go try different lenders who might blow your mind away

There is no customer service - i have called in the past and have had no response. In the beginning, I had to go to the branch to see someone because the payment schedule was not correct.

Everything was ok I just feel I could've got a better rate elsewhere. Service was Ok. Just Ok. I will shop around next time.
