Called me when they thought there was something I needed to add to my home insurance or when there was a change .

I found the customer service representative very helpful with regards to the type of home insurance that I required. I had recently put an addition onto the house and had upgrades made to the wiring, plumbing etc. These were all taken into account when my quote was established.

we checked around and still have not found a better price plus we always talk to our representive not somebody in another city and any claims we have had they where on top of it the same day as we have called we never have had to wait days for answers

When contacted I had immediate response and staff acted quickly to deal with my situation of wind and hail damage of apprx. $40K

I have received advice on a possible claim from this company, which turned out to save me much trouble and aggravation. The agent/broker is very personable, and lives in my community, so is very knowledgeable, and rates are much better for the same coverage compared to other insurers.

the Cooperators handled a large oil spill from our fuel tank with excellent service and efficiency. It involved a major cleanup but we felt that we were in competent hands

I have never had to make a home insurance claim so I do not know how good they actually are. Their rates are in line with other companies so we have stayed with this company for a long time.
