The Personal does not call to recheck the values of your insurance very often, and perhaps should. However when we had claims, they were effecient and prompt in assessing and paying the claim.

In regards to claims, the company will try everything in its power to convince you not to submit a claim. As well, just for having a claims assessor come to the house, they said it could potentially raise my premiums, even if I decided not to submit a claim once the assessment was completed.

When claim submitted, they did everything possible to make it more difficult for me with a house theft claim.
