Although I haven't had a claim with them, anytime I have called their office I have been treated with respect and courtesy. I have both my home and auto insurance with them and as result receive a discount. Also have a discount for non-claim and long term customer.I appreciate that I can pay my premium monthly with no interest or penalty.
The rates seem to be reasonable. At one point they rose them very steeply in one year, so I had to cut back on my coverage.

Comparing prices with other companies, it's always been the best priced for the same coverage. Dealing with them has been easy and claims were handled quickly and without any problems.
