I got this insurance for my condo because it was easy to get online without calling anybody. The price was ok as well. A few days ago I got a notification about renewal cooking up and my rate increased significantly - it will be almost $70/month for a condo insurance policy. Other providers offer condo insurance for a half of that. Not happy with new rates and will change.
The prices are much lower than any other company I received a quote from. It was so fast and easy to get a policy.
