I've had insurance with this "Trillium"for many years. I felt I had a claim this year when my RV was trapped in a man-made flood. Even though I had no insurance for a flood, this was not natural. There was huge human error. I was told I have no claim as it was a flood period! This company would not even write a letter on my behalf to claim restitution (about $8,000. of loss) from the insurers of the parties involved.

My broker, "Brokerlink" was no better!!

Totally betrayed by the people who I thought I was paying to protect me.

I offer negative stars if possible!
