Frustrating customer services or lack thereof

I find their website experiences a lot of technical issues. Not to mention no customer services availability. Can’t change my address online which is a valid Canada Post address - can’t get a customer service agent to return a call-back rather than my “15 minutes” on-hold wait time which turned into never calling me back.
Another attempt informed me it’s now a 45-minute wait this is the worst service. I just want to change my address so I can arrange an internet hookup as my card must match my shipping address after a stressful move. BMO Airmiles MC just made my day worse. There is no excuse for no customer care.

I have had this card since the 1970s. They have just terrible customer service as of late. My card was compromised several months ago. Since that time, they have made me change my password over and over again... They do not tell me that I must change it, it just stops working and will not let me access my account. Then I have to call and reset the password. The wait times are absurd. I've just got off the phone and was told the wait time was 3 to 4 hours!!!!
They obviously have no respect for their customers.
I am done with them.
