Had a 0 percent responsible accident they raised my police $300.00 what is left to say
An auto claim for hail damage: Adjuster simply did not respond to calls and emails for 3 1/2 months. He gave partial information and misinformation that was then clarified by TD claims staff in phone calls. After numerous calls to TD I gave up in frustration and agreed to a lowball settlement just so I could get rid of them and move my business elsewhere. I was overcharged $500 on house insurance and then informed it would be another $1500 when I cancelled. After many calls I finally received a refund. Even if they give you a cheap quote, do yourself a favor and pay more elsewhere, you'll be thankful if you ever have a claim.
Did you know that on average Ontario drivers with good driving records pay $1,805/year in auto insurance? Is your insurance rate higher? Get a free car insurance quote and start saving today.
Brutal service, no consideration and raised rates for idiotic reasons. Had to call in twice over a 6 month period to change my address and my rate jumped a total of $22 dollars a month because the area I now live in has less crime than the previous. It makes no sense what so ever.

My 20 year old son was paying $4400/year (without any claims); moved to another insurance company for $3200/year (with two speeding tickets on his record)! That's a huge difference. Also, they said if they cancelled his insurance (3 strikes you're out) they would cancel everyone else in the household who had insurance with them as well. My husband and I have been driving for over 30 years, no tickets or accidents! I dumped them last year after finding a $1000/year savings. Win-win for all.
