I find Jackie in the North Vernon office to be very knowledgeable & accommodating. She is my “go-to” person when it comes to insurance. If she doesn’t know the answer to my question, she’ll always get the answer to me shortly.

They were excellent to work with after my accident. Easy to speak with, quick to address any concerns.

I have always had a knowledgable person take care of me and my claim went very smooth and didn't take long at all to get satisfied.

I have had 2 claims and they were processed in a timely fashion.

Reasonable rates. Easy claims process, which is very important. Not too much fine print to read. After a few fender benders, you just collect your money, no problem. Decent speed of payment.

I had to go from person to person on the phone to get to the right person. I needed to justify why I was making an out of province claim, when I was on a holiday. I was questioned about my personal holiday and why I was making a 2nd claim out of province with-in 10 years. I got the impression I was not suppose to travel out of province to see my family.

I was given helpful information and a two year time limit to get the van repaired.

We haven't had to deal with any claim fortunately. However, their local office staff is very friendly and courteous.

Overall satisfied. Hard to get through on the phone on occasion.

Provides courtesy car and repairs all damages in a timely manner.
