Worst ever

by Anthony Hylton on Feb 9, 2024
1 out of 5 stars

They are Liars Liars Liars. Nothing comes out straight. 7 out of 10 of their reps are negligent. They have little to no knowledge. If you don't know about Insurance in any capacity, do not expect any due diligence on their behalf. Mother passed and it is so hard to receive the beneficiary amount. Not to mention if you don't dig and continually call and ask questions, you will not know that they take almost %30 of your money for federal tax. Or so they claim. Stay away from them. Not a safe company.

They are fraud

Never go with this fraud company, they will make you pay premiums during grace period of 2 years, then if you forgot to set up an automatic payments they will stop sending bills intentionally causing collapse of coverage and then when you call them they will say we can't reinstate, just apply for a new coverage. They are criminals! Call your attorney if this happens to you.

Planning to get life insurance to protect your family, including children? Make sure that you get enough coverage. According to studies, it takes about $250,000 in total to raise a child to the age of 18 (and that doesn’t include any post-secondary education costs).

Awful customer service

Their customer service for both insurance and financial advising is awful. You can't complain your broker or financial advisor because they won't keep it confidential.
