I have been with Westland for a few years and have been satisfied with their service. Fortunately, I have not had to file a claim yet but their rates are reasonable and Gurjinder at the Royal Mall location has answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them as an insurance provider.
I cannot say enough about the service I received today from Ashley from Westland Insurance Nanaimo BC. She helped me so much with a very complicated condo earthquake insurance issue. The knowledge and expertise she shared regarding my particular issue really made me thankful I deal with Westland for all of our insurance needs.
