I dealt with Megan S. for our course of construction insurance, our auto insurance and our contents insurance on our rental. She is fantastic. Very efficient, friendly, and on top of things. Agent at the Steveston branch was extremely knowledgeable and helpful...explained all details of both our condo unit and condo building insurance, as we have both insured with Westland. Felt we had made the right decisions when we left. Would highly recommend for service, but fortunately can't say what payment procedure is like.
