We unknowingly had been paying an incorrect high rate of insurance for several years and this year our new representative Nicole discovered it immediately upon reviewing the policy! She even managed to provide a refund for this year as we had already paid online! We are extremely thankful for her knowledgeable and astute attention to our account. Agent at the Steveston branch was extremely knowledgeable and helpful...explained all details of both our condo unit and condo building insurance, as we have both insured with Westland. Felt we had made the right decisions when we left. Would highly recommend for service, but fortunately can't say what payment procedure is like.
