Incompetent, Expensive, Inept

I have had 2 home policies and 2 automobile policies with them for years. Never made any claims for years. This time, they jack up the premium 4× this year. The home policy used to be 1300 now they are asking for 4300 for the same homes. My guess is no regulatory bodies is governing the insurance companies? So they can do whatever they want to make the most profit? When I call for a quote, they give me a different quote every time even within the same day, each customer service representative would tell you a different story within minutes of calls. Their company is just an unethical business.
Unfortunately, we had our house broken into. The first adjuster did not understand their job. Send forms with other client's names on them to us. TD does not follow the policy terms and conditions. In my opinion the employees are incompetent and unprofessional. We have had to take legal action against TD.

Here you will find yourself wasting hours of your time on hold, only to be met with agents who don't have the skills to answer even the simplest of questions. Constantly watering their un-printable decision tree, the agents are no more than data entry clerks. If an agent can't plug your vehicle/assets/etc. into a drop-down menu, then they're completely lost as to how to insurance works. In 1969 we put a man on the moon, but in 2021 TD Insurance can't figure out how to properly price depreciation.
You'll overpay, and when you have a potential claim, good luck getting any answers on what the effects will be to your premiums. Be prepared to wait on hold for over an hour, any time you call.
I'm not sure of a time I've ever had a worse customer service experience.
