I’m claimed insurance to fix my car. Car already fixed 5 mouths ago, but I'm still waiting for insurance to pay.

BIG scammers!!!
I got in an accident for the first time, and it’s not even my fault and my case is under investigation for the past 3 months.
Whenever I email my adjuster she keeps apologizing and saying that the case is still ongoing, I don’t even know until when and why it’s going on. They clearly told me to go pay for the storage fee, which doesn’t make any sense because I was not at fault, so I should not have to pay for anything.
I’m really disappointed with this auto insurance company, and I’d advise everyone DO NOT get insurance from this company, you’ll get scammed!!!!

It was my first time getting in an accident and I have been a customer of Desjardins for years, they were supposed to reimburse me for my claim, and they have yet to do so. This investigation has been ongoing for approximately three months now, they are not responding to my inquiries, and they keep apologizing to me. They don’t care to resolve my issue in a timely manner and have been disregarding my concerns.

Canceled my auto insurance with no waring and didn't inform me. I only found out when the next months payment didn't come out. The penalty for driving without insurance in Calgary Alberta is $10,000 and mandatory time in prison.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. They have messed up account information, and over charged.
We had to put a claim through, they took forever to send the money for the totalled vehicle. They also refused a loaner vehicle for the several weeks it took for them to send the cheque, even though that was something we were paying for.
When you have to leave this company because you can’t afford it anymore, they will charge you.

Terrible customer service. The woman who answered my call had a strong accent, I myself learned English not so long ago, so I asked her to speak slowly because I could not understand her words. She immediately hung up the phone.

Was a client for Dejardin for 10 years, No claims, no tickets, nothing. After 10 years I received a call from them saying they would like to verify my information on file. I said sure. So they sent me a booklet for a new application. I called and stated I am not a new client and more than happy to confirm information on file but not filling out a new client form. Im not a new client. They insisted. I went to my local dejardin broker in town and she was puzzled why they would do that. Then Dejardin sent me a letter saying that since I did not fill out the form in the less than a week provided, they would be cancelling my insurance in 3 months (for ZERO reason.) So I took my info and went to another company that offered me a very good rate and lots of bonus perks. I am now happy and wrote this review to let people know THERE IS NO LOYALTY TO CUSTOMERS FROM DEJARDIN. FIND ANOTHER.

Canceled my service without warning. Found out after driving around with no insurance for 1 month. Worst insurance company of all time.

This company will take your money, lie to you and deny lying .
The agents are insanely unprofessional they are only nice when they are selling you the insurance after that ….Good luck 🍀

2 not at fault accidents (1 last year and another this year. Both times vehicle was parked at home) To start off with this company, you will not get any information about the status of your vehicle because nobody at their offices have any idea what they are doing. (They lost my vehicle last year for a few days...). Took 2 months of them sitting on it to tell me they would repair then 2 weeks later called to say they were no longer fixing it. ( again not at fault and they had no reason not to fix it). Now for this year.. so far been 1.5months with no word and again their office staff needs replacing. Save yourself the headache. If its between no insurance or desjardins.. pick no insurance it will be less headache.
