Been with TD for a very long time - two cars, two homes. Rates are not bad but the service has really gone downhill. Waiting on a call for 2 hours - now how is this related to COVID. You do not have phone agents working from home? This is a way for the company to reduce staff costs and blame it on COVID - profit-driven. Terrible
