I had a very bad experience with Intact Insurance. They do not listen to their clients and their communication is terrible. I tried contacting them multiple times, left voicemails, and still received no response. The lack of professionalism and support caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I regret choosing this company for my insurance needs. I do not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

This is the worst company I have ever been dealing with. Nobody knows what to do with my claim. For two half months I have been running and collecting all the documents they need. Very much doing adjuster job and pay them for that. I might pay for my Rent-A-Car, too if you thinking about buying this insurance company, don't.
