What is the point of providing Canada Life with proof of injury (X-Ray Imagery, etc.) If they only care about the prescription (which I had - but didn't have Canada Lifes specific wording in it) from the doctor, etc. I went to an Orthopedic Office, I went to a Chiropractor Office (they stated that Canada Life doesn’t accept prescriptions from them) and showed them all the documentation for me to receive compensation for my Orthopedic Soles purchase, and they stated that there is absolutely no point in you completing a consultation and charging you for it when you have the documentation/proof right here stating that you have issues with your feet. They also stated that they would be repeating what has already been provided.
So, I called Canada Life while I was in the parking lot of the Orthopedic Office, and I relayed everything that I was told to by the Office. Once I relayed the information to Canada Life, I was informed by them that they never received my prescriptions and that I need to send it to them as soon as possible. Please note that I did send it to them 3 times by this point, and I am still not being compensated for my soles.
Canada Life provides you with a letter of what organizations you should go too to get your prescriptions, and once you consult with them, they still reject you.
