I have been on many different group benefit plans in the past and Desjardin has been by far the best experience.
On 2 occasions now, I have had them personally call me to explain claims that were denied and what further information was needed and worked with me to cover the claims.
Their customer service has been wonderful with no wait times and they have actually been on my side to get drug coverage and procedures covered.
