My wife handled the majority of the details. The application process was easy as the mortgage broker handled the bulk of it.
The process was easy and I like the fact you can use their online banking to see the remaining value

I had OK experience - I was suggested what I wanted, based on the research I had done - I was not offered many alternatives to consider.
They provided great advise and did everything for me. The only thing I had to do, is go to the branch and sign.
We had great service and advise when we refinanced the mortgage to buy a cottage. The cost of the change was more than covered with the reduced mortgage rate over 5 years.

Overall it's been fine. The renewal process was a bit painful but mostly because I had a rookie mortgage lender at the time.
They are very difficult to deal with. We will be moving our mortgage when it comes up for renewal. We prefer our credit union.
