The agent was a gentleman, knowledgeable and efficient, he got my last minute home and auto insurances all done in a timely manner with better coverages and premiums. My experience with PC Insurance is the best !

I called PC Financial for insurance renewal and an agent was able to find a good one for me and sent a quote via email. Called back PC to settle it and was able to talked to a rep. He explained it nicely. Great customer service. Thanks.

Awesome Experience!

I am super happy with PC Insurance so far. We acquired several quotes, and PC Insurance was almost $2,000 less than what our current auto insurance company quoted. We spoke with an agent — what a gem! He gave us great advice on the phone and was super personable and easy to talk to. He made what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Utterly Pointless

Spent 2 hours on the phone with multiple people that kept repeating the same platitudes at me. When I asked them to call at a certain time, they often called up to an hour after the specified time, which means they would often miss me, forcing me to call back and wade through their clunky automated phone system. Very poor service

Broker made errors in quoting offered rates which she had to retract and took no responsibility for her errors. She claimed she did not have the information even though they arranged current policy and she clearly failed to read what they were covering. A lot of time wasted for inaccurate quotes. Sloppy and irresponsible that is all I would say.

Absolutely horrible

Unhelpful customer support, the advice repeatedly given to me was go "google insurance broker" and find someone else. Getting different answers depending on which customer support person I speak to, delays in communication, etc.

my claim was as a result of a neighbour in my condo building causing damage and it was a whole new, somewhat unpleasant experience because it seems there are different rules in a condo as to who pays the deductible and whose insurance the claim is filed against, etc.
