I have been dealing with Marlene at the Uptown location of Westland Insurance. She always gives excellent, professional service and is extremely well versed in all insurance matters. My renewals are always done quickly, and Marlene always makes sure I have ample insurance for my needs and gives much-appreciated advice around insurance coverage. Wherever Marlene is working is where I am getting my insurance.

I just wanted to thank and compliment Kendall D. for her patience and assistance in renewing our car insurance online. I really appreciate not having to come into the office at this time - due to COVID concerns of course - and Kendall made the signing experience as clear and simple as possible.

I live in an apartment building and had a flood in 2015 that was dealt with by a very friendly and knowledgeable adjuster. Every time I call or email Westland Insurance with regards to strata deductible amount change or renewal etc. I was met with very friendly and helpful staff. Note that they only cover up to $50,000 for strata deductible and you would need to purchase additional strata deductible coverage from another insurer that they use to cover the difference if your strata deductible is higher than $50,000.

I highly recommend Westland Insurance.
