Property Field Claims Representative from Intact Insurance that works for Belairdirect is a real gem. She is very knowledgeable, is easy to talk to and draws customer satisfaction very well. One more representative from On Side Restoration is another gem. She is always on the ball and has an incredible memory. She is a great asset to On Side Restoration. Actually, everyone that we met from On Side deserves a commendation.

Employee driving Bobcat to remove snow from city sidewalk hit and broke off hydrant in front of the property. We have a driveway that has a downward slope an ended up with almost 3 feet of water in garage and basement. It took a year but Belair got a refund from the city for our deductible. Belair Direct were very professional, helpful and have excellent contractors doing the work. They took a lot of the stress out of the process by keeping us up to date on when each contractor would arrive to do their specific job. All contractors were highly skilled and did an excellent job you would never know there was any damage to the room.

i just had to write and let it be known that bellair insurance is a great company and i am so pleased with the outcome of the unfortunate flood i had on february 17, 2015. i lost everything including my deceased parents furniture etc. to start off with my claims person was one frank quatrara, a very professional, understanding gentleman which helped me with my ordeal. incredibly knowledgeable in the field, outstanding support, extremely efficient and i cant praise him enough. it was such a turmoil with my phone not working half the time and my computer being repaired by the electronics division. i was very emotional. thank God frank kept it together for me. i also want to add the following names who i dealt with, also very professional and compassionate. they are ben chiapetta, tara barber and natalie (?), their staff - movers, packers, unpackers etc., electronics division (did not mark down name of gentleman who restored my computer and vcr) and all in all a great ending to what could have been a disaster. bellair insurance, i highly recommend you to everyone.

We had some damage to our roof from a hail storm, the adjuster was prompt, courteous and very helpful.

This company provides me with all my insurance needs (home & auto). They give me a discount for having more than one service with them, and that lowers my overall insurance costs. Even without the discount, their rates were the best on the market for the coverage I receive. Although I have never had a claim for my home insurance, I have dealt with them for a claim on my car insurance. They were gracious, and effective.
