Hello, I am Aviva customer from many years for cars & home insurance both, unfortunately on August I had flood in basement due to heavy rain in the city. Until today, I almost finished my construction, done with loan from bank. I started my construction after got estimate from my adjuster of first week November 2024. Until today, I didn’t receive any single cent from Aviva insurance. Whenever I called my adjuster, he said I will get money this week & never got it. I have very bad experience with Aviva, please stay away from Aviva if you can.
