I would not recommend Economical Insurance to anyone. They recently cancelled my tenant insurance despite having fault at their end and increased my insurance as well. I was told that the manager would contact me but its been more than a week and haven't heard from them yet. The worst customer service, the worst value of money. In this pandemic situation, they are not even giving any rebate. Cannot wait till November and get it over with them.
My Father used Economical Insurance. After his passing, I switched his home and car insurance to mine. Economical delayed the request to cancel his insurance until after it came up for renewal, and are now threatening to send a collection agency after my Fathers estate. I had to close the bank account they were withdrawing from. Terrible customer service, bad attitude and expensive. STAY AWAY!
