The worst experience from the start to end.The worst client care e I have ever deal with.

Have replacement cost homeowners insurance with no depreciation. Had lightening strike with attic fire and extensive water damage from fire department. Allstate is offering me less than half of what it will cost to put the home back to pre-fire condition. I have dwelling insured for 3 times the amount they are offering. We are now 6 months post incident and adjuster is not willing to budge.
The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my life, extremely unprofessional. I gave them enough notice not to renew my home insurance. They are asking for 3 months premium after I informed them already not to renew.
It was a superb experience with representative. She was very knowledgeable and experience. She helped providing out of the box solution helping resolving my issue.
It has been 4 months since I owned the home they are billing me for (insurance). I informed them prior to the move. Called, emailed, begged… etc. But no one will remove/stop billing me. I even gave them a copy of the sale. The agent Luz (Adriana) in Etobicoke never returns calls or emails. The 1-800 is useless. Tell me now that time has passed they need other authorization to refund but the supervisor never calls me back. RUN FROM ALLSTATE

I had a ceiling leak. I opened a claim for the first time. At the beginning seems they care, but I was wrong. They kept changing adjusters. To be exact 4 adjusters in spans of 3 three weeks. I had to call them every day. They practically ignored my claim while I had the coverage for this service. They have not resolved the issue yet.
They are absolutely useless and unprofessional.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.
