Simple mistake - overpayment one time. No
response in customer care service... Multiple times I call but almost one month never refund...
Please do not use a store-issued Walmart Rewards Mastercard ever unless you have automatic payment of your balances. Let me explain why. The main issue is at some point Walmart Mastercard will send your Walmart Mastercard bill late and charge you interest or you will have a disputed charge on your credit card. You can never prove that you received your bill late as Walmart Rewards Mastercard does not postmark the date on the envelopes that they mail to you. If you have a dispute with an in-store purchase because you used the Walmart Rewards Mastercard and you ask for the resolution department at Walmart Mastercard resolutions customer service 1800 number; They can never ever help you as you can not email them supporting documents validating your concern. If you take your request for a Walmart Mastercard credit card purchase dispute to the Walmart store with your supporting documents they will give you an 1800 Walmart customer service number which again can not help but Walmart Customer number will give you Walmart head office which will send you back to the Walmart store level and they, in turn, will send you back to the Walmart store level which in turn will send you back to Walmart Rewards Mastercard. It’s a vicious cycle so as a credit card user please do not use Duo Bank of Canada, the bank that administers the WRMC (Walmart Rewards Mastercard) on behalf of Walmart. PLEASE use one of the big 5 major banks in Canada as they will protect the customer in case of a dispute and not send you into a vicious circle as a consumer to resolve your dispute. Please protect your money and do not support Walmart Rewards Mastercard as you will be left unprotected in cases of dispute.

From November 2021 to April 2022 bills don't add up. It is like 1+1=5 to the bills... I called them to compute it manually but they refuse to do it. Paid almost $200 just to get it over with. Purchased $300 the next month and paid it after a week. The next statement came saying I owed $54 from last month told them the statement says $300 only and they keep rambling about thats from last month which doesn't show in the statement from the previous month. Freaking lost it and just cancelled the account... he offered the cancellation letter to be sent to my address. Never again... Greedy company! They use the points to lure customers and then overcharge us.
Used the card for several months, and got paper statements a few times, but everything stopped for a few months, no email statements, no paper statements. Could not even log in to my account as it seemed it forgot all my personal information.
Terrible customer service, could not reach anyone for hours.
Don't sign up for this or don't use your card at all!
Walmart Mastercard service is so pathetic that we can trash it.
That’s what I and thousands of North Americans already did, below are the worst features:
No Proper Customer Service
No proper online monthly statements
No proper and convenient payment methods
No communication
The card didn’t arrive till 3 months after signing up
The card doesn’t work in Walmart itself during the first usage
There were fake line items of usage which were not even used
Fake promises of rewards for every 5 dollars spent however when enquired the customer service behaved as if no rewards were promised ever
Walmart customer service is never approachable and reachable and never willing to take any responsibility!

I git the card. Did I installments for a Chrome book. Brought it back in January. They said they refunded me $225.00 Then they took to put the installment for $33.67 in February. Then March $188.37 That doesn't seem right? You can't refund for a returned product then add it to your balance. That's a scam
Do not get this Mastercard, if you are young and just starting out (college, university etc.) The minimum payments are way too much money per month. Every time a minimum payment is made it gets completely overridden by the interest.. the interest is 29.99%. They want you to pay the minimum payment for 9 months THEN the interest will go to 19.99%... WOW, what a difference... NOT. If you do not make a payment in time they will contact you every single day and call 6-8 times throughout the day. They called me at 8:30 pm and their customer service is AWFUL. They sound like they are telemarketing or spam... please do not get this card if you want to have a good credit score and want to save $80-$100 each month.
I recently (Oct 14) ordered something from the US and have yet to receive the product despite many emails telling me it has shipped. When I check the shipping status, it hasn't even been packaged yet, much less shipped. Despite several email exchanges with the vendor, and a supposedly new shipment being processed I still don't have anything after waiting the requested 2-7 business days (as of Nov 20). My call to Walmart was frustrating, to say the least. They will open a case, gee thanks, and someone will get back to me, but no timeline promised or offered. I knew I should have used another card for this - my experience with it is completely different and they don't hesitate to proactively deal with these types of vendors. I knew I shouldn't have used my Walmart card and now I know that the hard way. I will never use them again.

The service is terrible! Points are only credited if you swipe your card. Tapping your card does not
give you any points. The machines at the store do not work most of the time. Payments made at other stores are denied despite having a clean record. I will NEVER AGAIN use Walmart Mastercard!
You have to contact customer support to just understand the statement. When you export the statement to CSV and do the math, it never matches. What they say you owe is always much higher than what you calculate.
Customer service is poor. You have to call for everything, during business hours and waste an hour waiting in line etc.
Their "secure communication" option is a Joke. No matter what you ask there, they send the same template answer as below:
