They take 3 months to add your bonus points? Unexceptable

They publish and promise to give 30 points at no-frills and other stores and 45 points at shoppers drug mart but never received points automatically. You have to send inquiries always and they will respond by saying points will be added but...
I have had this credit card for under a year and twice have had to argue points that should have been added to my account. One of the promotions was: spend $60 at shoppers and get 20000 points. I spent $75 and got no points. Sent a note letting them know something is wrong. They told me I only spent $35. When on my PC the credit card clearly says I spent $75. Now it has happened again spend $100 get 25000 points. The response from PC we can't find that promotion. The funny thing is they just sent me the promotion again to my email. The PC insiders are a ripoff. The only thing that might be good is free pick up from my experience. Expect a lot of missing items in your order.

I had to check every week to ensure I was getting all my points and every second week there were points missing. So, then you have to put in a points inquiry and then they send you an email asking for all the details when all the details are really on their website... That's how you know you are missing points... Anyway, after going back and forth they eventually give you the points, but I had to go through this every two weeks. So, after ten years of using this card, I quit and starting using another card that actually gave me more points.
I was supposed to get welcome bonus points in Sep of 2020, of 100,000 welcome points. I had to call customer service which takes approximately 45min to get some to talk to. So after 8 months, I was rewarded only half of it on April 30 of 2021!
So I called on May 4 2021 to see where is the rest of the points. So the representative says I have to wait for 4-8 weeks to get my points.
Worse customer service and worse credit card!
Won’t be using them from now on!
Stay away from P.C. Master Card!
I got this card when I really needed the points. I have experienced many of the negative comments posted here. Transactions take 1 to 4 working days not including weekends to be posted and optimum points takes another day or 3 after the actual transaction is posted. Now that I don’t really need the points any more I may just cancel this 3rd rate card.

It took me over 3 months, 8 phone calls and 7 emails to get the bonus points they promised. Unacceptable.
