AMA Auto Insurance Reviews

AMA has given us a competitive quote on a car/home package. However, when I was involved in a fender bender where the other party was claiming far too much, they readily paid out what was claimed rather than investigating. When I insisted on looking at the damage the other party was paying, I found they were accepting fuzzy photos sent by the other insurance company which showed nothing. I left them feeling they had no interest in protecting my interest but just simplifying things for themselves at my expense.

I've only had one insurance claim with AMA and it was a good experience. i had $8000 dollars of cosmetic damage from severe weather and within 2 days my insurance appraisal was complete and was instructed to proceed to finding a repair shop. ill be the first to admit AMA is little on the pricy side but i have never had an issue with customer service, lack of transparency, registration of vehicles and insuring of vehicles/home. if you are looking for cheap insurance, there is a reason you get cheap insurance.

When comparing the price of AMA insurance to other companies, the AMA premium is much higher.
