I would just like to thank them for the excellent service I received after my accident. Not only did they take charge as soon as I called, but they also had me a rental within the first hour after my accident. They also accommodated me by extending my rental. You people made a bad experience for me a breeze to get through. I would definitely recommend AMA to everyone. Thank you very much for everything you have done for me.

We have been with AMA for over 50 years. We have had quite a few claims over this time period. The agents are always very helpful, professional, and understanding. The agent processed our recent claim quickly. She provided us with a list of authorized body shops in our area. She advised of additional coverage such as a free rental car during the repairs. She even booked the rental for us. AMA always provides value for the money. We would not go any place else for our insurance needs.

I've only had one insurance claim with AMA and it was a good experience. i had $8000 dollars of cosmetic damage from severe weather and within 2 days my insurance appraisal was complete and was instructed to proceed to finding a repair shop. ill be the first to admit AMA is little on the pricy side but i have never had an issue with customer service, lack of transparency, registration of vehicles and insuring of vehicles/home. if you are looking for cheap insurance, there is a reason you get cheap insurance.
