My insurance cost rose by 74% because of a claim and before the renewal date even though I have accident forgiveness on my policy

All around excellent service for a recent claim. Fast, efficient resolution. Pleasant staff. Everyone can complain about insurance rates overall. Belairdirect is competitively priced.

We have been using BelairDirect auto insurance for about 15 years and can say pretty satisfied with their service and pricing. Their accident forgiveness is fantastic. Despite two major accidents, our rates stayed steady and slowly dropped. Some people are impressed with how low our rates been going. Having a big company with their vast resources available in case something wrong is assuring. At times we had to negotiate the rate and ask for ways to save. Agents were always courteous and helpful for the most part. I wished to get home insurance with them but their rates were high despite being a long time customer.

I had an auto accident at 5:30 AM. By the time I arrived home and notified Belaire Ins about the accident, it was 9:00 AM. Less than 30 minutes later I received a call from Enterprise car rental company informing me they had a car ready for me and they were coming to pick me up.

Our vehicle sustained a lot of damage as a result of being hit by a deer. We contacted Belaire claims dept. resulting in a very prompt, professional handling of our claim. Our vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion and quality of the repair was excellent. Belaire kept us informed throughout the process. We were very happy with the reponse and level of service we received.

Super Happy with the quote I got and I am going to go with the same.
I got a quote for two cars in Alberta and I was on the phone with Alex one of their insurance agents, she was super polite and answered all my questions very professionally.
Reviews dont seem very good for the company but I hope its different here in the west. Will post again if something changes.

I have been with Belair for a very long time for both home and auto. I have had a number of auto claims, mostly for glass, and have never had one single problem making a claim. The claims were handled professionally, quickly and fairly and my rates are still low. I definitely recommend Belair Insurance.

Well 13 years + have passed, 2 claims and I was very pleased with all the staff but I had to say goodbye (cancelled today) for home and auto, boat and travel trailer insurance. We have moved to the province of QC and Belair Direct QC is very different. I have transferred all to them except they do not cover travel trailers and there was only one that I could find to do a stand alone policy (not with the House). I would recommend the ON office to anyone and have been doing it for years. Keep up the good work!
