Great customer service, good clarification on mortgage rates and online payments. Bank service person was very patient and knew her stuff.
A very broad selection of things you want me to convey. It isn't gonna happen. Not for the incentive provided. I will say I was relatively pleased with the entire process.

The process of getting the mortgage was pretty simple and straight-forward. We weren't left with any questions. And yes we can see it all online.
RBC operates like any other accredited North American institution.
The bank offers good service. The teller people are amazing and helpful.

I have excellent credit so I rarely have any problems with my bank. I also seem to be able to negotiate better terms due to my dealing with RBC for 40 years plus.
Rate was excellent, easy financing. Friendly, very helpful online banking available. Renewing was easy mostly done via email. Home equity loan obtained for upgrades.
