I am NOT CONNECTED in any way to Desjardins, it's employees nor do I have any financial interest in them.
Over the years I have dealt with dozens of insurers. None as good as Desjardins.
They are knowledgeable, fair, thorough and customer-oriented.
During Covid, they reduced my car insurance rates TWICE because I wasn't driving as much. In addition, they increased my homeowner policy coverage with NO additional charge while I was talking with them. THEY VOLUNTARILY did this with NO prodding from me.
I ALWAYS review my coverage and check competitors' rates, and they are always amongst the best value.
People I have recommended to ALWAYS state how fair and quick they were during the claim process.
