Employee driving Bobcat to remove snow from city sidewalk hit and broke off hydrant in front of the property. We have a driveway that has a downward slope an ended up with almost 3 feet of water in garage and basement. It took a year but Belair got a refund from the city for our deductible. i just had to write and let it be known that bellair insurance is a great company and i am so pleased with the outcome of the unfortunate flood i had on february 17, 2015. i lost everything including my deceased parents furniture etc. to start off with my claims person was one frank quatrara, a very professional, understanding gentleman which helped me with my ordeal. incredibly knowledgeable in the field, outstanding support, extremely efficient and i cant praise him enough. it was such a turmoil with my phone not working half the time and my computer being repaired by the electronics division. i was very emotional. thank God frank kept it together for me. i also want to add the following names who i dealt with, also very professional and compassionate. they are ben chiapetta, tara barber and natalie (?), their staff - movers, packers, unpackers etc., electronics division (did not mark down name of gentleman who restored my computer and vcr) and all in all a great ending to what could have been a disaster. bellair insurance, i highly recommend you to everyone.

Basement flood 5 yrs ago resulted in $50,000 claim. It took only 2 phone calls and 1 visit to complete and receive settlement.
