WORST insurance company EVER

I was a customer of both home owner and automobile insurance for almost 8 years with this company. They cancelled my home owner's policy one summer while I was on vacation for an extended period of time because the credit card they had on file for automatic renewal had expired without my knowledge. When I contacted them months later, they refused to reinstate my policy and then refused to create a new policy for me because I told them I would be moving (and their underwriter said it would be greater risk). They could care less than I had been a long standing customer with no claims for my homeowners insurance. For my auto, they hiked up my rate by almost $30 a month for a claim that was not my fault. Good riddance Personal, you are anything but!

I bought 2 houses. Then the agents start being panic. Then they start calling me asking "Which house would be your principal residential"...
As owner of two houses( of course with mortgages ), I don't know exactly whether to sell my old house or rent it..... So each time I answered the agents with words comes to my mind...
Then the funny thing starts, they treated me like I'm lying and making a fraud or something... The agents event ridiculously talking to me in a judge's tone.
Then funny enough they finally charged increased my first house insurance from $8xx to $13xx..... and categorize the first house as "Seasonal dwelling"
