This company listens and responses promptly when I have complained about rate increases. The results of our discussions has always been satisfactory to me.

We have been very pleased with our insurer; they answer our questions immediately and have been very fast to deal with emergencies that we have had - excellent personnel - made us feel very good to be with them.

We had a water line break in our basement so I called my local agent. They connected me to an Intact agent and they had a crew over within a few hours. The agent (Jenna) that helped us with our claim was fantastic! She followed up regularly. We were reimbursed promptly for the initial plumbing repairs to our water line break. No complaints from this customer!
