They are professional, answer questions & queries promptly with a courteous manner. I find their insurance as the name itself states - economical & although I have had no claims, I expect the claims agents would be as thorough and professional as the service I've received so far from the rest of the company.

Excellent, prompt, courteous and friendly

I have used this insurer for 7 years and have found them to be well-priced. I do have a $500 deductible so when the time came to make a claim for a pot on the stove burnt smell, I was told it would not be worth my while as my premiums could go up. That wasn't too great.
