They auto-renewed my policy for 30% higher than what I was originally paying, did not receive renewal papers for this change. Once I found this out by seeing a larger amount come out of my chequing account, I cancelled and found a cheaper policy. I was then charged a "mid-term" cancellation fee because they already processed the renew. Horrible service, would not go back nor recommend based on this.
Hi, our insurance rate for our house in Ontario went from $2319 in 2020 to $2827 in 2021. When questioned on this increase they re-evaluated it for $4244. We dropped this company and suggest you do as well.
