The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my life, extremely unprofessional. I gave them enough notice not to renew my home insurance. They are asking for 3 months premium after I informed them already not to renew.

My house was broken into. I sent a list of all items taken with product models etc, that makes their job even easier Feb 5th, 2020. Now March 23rd!!! NOTHING!!! Very slow to answer emails if at all!!! When emails were answered (rare) - excuses!!! "Away for a week" Coronavirus etc... 3 weeks I was told," " end of the week you'll have something " then its "you'll have something tomorrow " over a week ago... Now excuse will be the virus of course when this should've been done before the virus even started. Give your money to another insurance company! I can't wait to see how much $ their going to screw me for!
