I got this card when I really needed the points. I have experienced many of the negative comments posted here. Transactions take 1 to 4 working days not including weekends to be posted and optimum points takes another day or 3 after the actual transaction is posted. Now that I don’t really need the points any more I may just cancel this 3rd rate card.
The customer services is bad and they make it hard to dispute a transaction. My calls to customer services often got disconnected and I would have to call back again to wait in line again.

What else will you get:
This company is not at all recommended keep pulling your credit report every month for no reason reducing your credit limit without notice (P.S i have an excellent credit 800+)
You must consistently have to call customer services to resolve issues that come-up from their end. Then you're stuck in a calling system that takes ages to route you to an agent. When you finally get the option, you are then put on hold for over 45 min.
Stay away!
I usually use my other cards for higher-value purchases for better benefits. The only benefit Master World Elite (MWE) is for a few groceries from buying at your store.
I am a long-standing customer of PC Financial which offered to me this Master World Elite (MWE) card that I did not even apply for.
I just got a letter saying that MWE put in a new rule to downgrade cards when a minimum of $15k/year spending is not met. If I want to get another MWE, I have to reapply. I use my other cards at other stores that offer personal shopping, deliveries, better reward points and exceptional customer services that help during this pandemic. Why would I subject myself to apply for another card especially when it's really only good for your store?

I was being scammed by a cryptocurrency user.
During this large transaction, a computer-animated operator calls you to confirm a large transaction if you authorize it. Had an actual human being operator called and gave heed OF WARNING, I could have saved myself $5045 and not gone through with the transaction and gave a better thought to not have money stolen from me. These are SCAMS! PEOPLE, take my lesson to learn and save yourself from being robbed. I am giving them time to make it right on both ends of a horrible mistake!
I've been a customer for 20 years. Time elapsed (> 1 year) due to likely inaction by PC Financial and they first said the time to fight was expired. Then they said it was because I already agreed to a refund by the vendor. Before that, they said I could take a refund but still dispute the remaining $1000 or so.
Rare callbacks, try to bribe me with PC points worth only about $100 when the dispute is about $1000? I have been keeping small monthly balances on my account and they still treat me like I were owing them huge amounts of money. I have no arrears with them whatsoever. They also appear to have many call centers across the world there to simply answer phones and give false information/false hope/lies.
They admitted to contradictory information on the phone even with managers.
We were paying our credit card every month no late payments all of a sudden there was a decrease from 14000 to 7500 so it hurt our credit score. No notification or anything. Thanks

Stay away from PC Financial MC. What a criminal organization. Same as a user below, I have good credit, and they lowered the credit limit on the card, and this made me seem maxed out. They are horrible to deal with. The points were not added about 3/4 of the time. Not worth it, and has made me not want to shop at any Loblaws stores.

I have now called 7 times over a 10 day period and have not yet been able to reach a customer service supervisor or have one call me back. PC MC sent a letter that reduced my credit limit with no explanation and no evident recourse. I use the credit card extensively every month and pay it off each month. I called to get an explanation and increase or return the credit limit to the previous level. Every time I call I am advised that I must speak to a supervisor but none is ever available and no one has ever called me back and more than a week has passed. Really poor customer service.
